Upon payment, an order confirmation will be sent to you. This process can take 1-3 days.
 
Once your order has shipped, you will also recive a confirmation with tracking information via email to the address we have on file. Please note: we ship orders every Tuesday.

We ship every Tuesday! Once it’s on its way, you can expect your popcorn to arrive in 2–7 business days. Don’t worry—we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey!

How can I track my order?

Check your email for your order confirmation! If it’s been more than 7 business days and you’re still waiting, drop us a line at kakesthegreat@yahoo.com. We’re here to help!

Can I pick up my order or get it delivered?

Absolutely! Swing by our shop at 203 S. Washington Ave, Saginaw, MI (inside the SVRC Marketplace) for in-store shopping or local pick-up. Prefer delivery? We’ve teamed up with GrubHub to bring the popcorn to you! We’re open Wednesday to Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM.

What could delay my order?

Occasionally, things like incorrect addresses, order changes, holidays, or bad weather can cause delays. If there’s an address issue, we’ll ship your order the next business day after it’s fixed. We always strive to get your popcorn to you fresh and fast—don’t forget to check your tracking info for updates!
