Upon payment, an order confirmation will be sent to you. This process can take 1-3 days.
 
Once your order has shipped, you will also recive a confirmation with tracking information via email to the address we have on file. Please note: we ship orders every Tuesday.

We ship every Tuesday! Once it’s on the way, expect your popcorn to arrive in 2–7 business days. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a tracking number to follow its journey!

How do I keep tabs on my order?

Keep an eye on your email for your order confirmation! If it’s been over 7 business days and you haven’t received it, shoot us an email at kakesthegreat@yahoo.com. We’ve got your back!

Can I pick up my order or get it delivered?

Absolutely! Swing by our shop at 203 S. Washington Ave, Saginaw, MI (inside the SVRC Marketplace) for in-store shopping or local pick-up. Prefer delivery? We’ve teamed up with GrubHub to bring the popcorn to you! We’re open Wednesday to Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM.

What might slow down my order?

Sometimes things like incorrect addresses, order changes, holidays, bad weather, or unexpected hiccups can slow things down. If there’s an address issue, we’ll ship your order the next business day after it’s fixed. We always aim to get your popcorn to you fresh and fast, but don’t forget to use your tracking info to stay updated!

We ship your goodies via USPS, and it usually takes 3–6 business days to arrive. Sit tight, your popcorn is on its way!
