  • How are your orders processed?
    Upon payment, an order confirmation will be sent to you. This process can take 1-3 days. Once your order has shipped, you will also recive a confirmation with tracking information via email to the address we have on file. Please note: we ship orders every Tuesday.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Shipped products are mailed every Tuesday. Please allow 2-7 business days for receipt of items from the date of shipping. A tracking # will be provided.
  • How can I track my order?

  • Do you deliver or offer local pick up?
    We offer local in-store shopping, local pick-up and delivery by GrubHub. Our location is 203 S. Washington Ave, Saginaw, Mi 48607 (inside the SVRC Marketplace). Hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 11am - 7pm.
  • What can delay my order?
    Incorrect addresses, order changes, legal holidays, inclement weather, and unexpected circumstances could delay order processing. Any orders with address issues will be shipped out the following business day from the original ship date. We endeavor to ship products as quickly as possible based on order date, ship date and of course with our freshness gaurantee. However there are circumstances beyond our control that may affect delivery times. Please utilize your tracking information from the shipping carrier to properly track your shipment.

  • What is the Return/Refund Policy?

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us. Interpretation and Definitions Interpretation The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. Definitions For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy: Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Kakes The Great Popcorn Co., LLC, Saginaw, MI. Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service. Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. Service refers to the Website. Your Order Cancellation Rights There are no cash refunds for non-custom orders. A product credit minus a restock fee of $10.00 and the shipping fee is deducted. The remaining balance is placed as a credit on the account for 30 days. Payment of deposit/invoice signifies an agreement to terms detailed in this invoice. This will be considered a contract between Kakes the Great PopCorn Co and the customer. No other agreements will be honored not signed in writing. You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Shipping (to and from) will not be reimbursed. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.     Customers must send an email to with their request within 24 hours of ordering in order to make changes.
  • What comes with a Kakes custom order?
    Customers will receive the choice between: 2 colors for the chocolate 1 color option for the ribbon Custom packaging upon request (additional charge)
  • Does your product contain nuts?
    Yes, some of our flavors contain nuts. All of the ingredients are listed on each product for your reference. All products are processed in the same facility so if you have an extreme allergy it is advised to avoid consuming our products.
  • Is the popcorn fresh?
    We make online orders fresh to guarantee the best flavors delivered to your door.
